Under John's leadership, CareMatch Pro has facilitated over 50,000 successful caregiver placements across 12 countries, maintaining a 98% client satisfaction rate. His strategic vision focuses on combining AI-driven matching with human expertise to deliver personalized care solutions.

Prior to founding CareMatch Pro, John served as Director of Operations at a major healthcare consortium, where he pioneered several digital health initiatives that improved patient outcomes across West Africa.

John holds an MBA from Lagos Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Ibadan. He serves on the boards of several healthcare nonprofits and is a frequent speaker at international conferences on the future of caregiving.
